The Sacrament of Reconciliation

Reconciliation is the sacrament in which sins committed after Baptism are forgiven. It results in reconciliation with God and the Church.

  • Children enrolled in our Religious Education program or a student of Saint Mary School typically receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time in Second Grade.

  • If you would like to prepare for First Reconciliation of an older child, are an adult who would like to prepare for the Sacrament, or would like more information, please contact Sister Gloria at (732) 671-3622.

While not the same thing as confession, Spiritual Direction is also offered to help you guide and deepen your spiritual life.
