bible study groups

Catholic Bible Study materials are written and shared to enable us to come to know Jesus Christ in a deeper way in the study of the Sacred Scriptures and to conform our lives to God's Word.

Seeking to provide all of our parishioners with the opportunity to experince the Catholic sense of Scripture, Saint Mary Parish provides Bible Study groups at a variety of times. At right are the Bible Study Group offerings.

James: Pearls for Wise Living
An Eleven-Part Bible Study Featuring Jeff Cavins

James is one of the most practical books of the Bible. Its teachings speak loudly to those who feel torn between the competing demands of this world and their faith.

This study offers “pearls for wise living” by applying the wisdom of James to our current day. For anyone who has struggled to live a truly Christian life, James offers a wealth of practical solutions for handling and even sanctifying everyday circumstances.
